Karen is an RN of nearly 30 years who lives and works in Boulder, CO. She is passionate about providing a space for clients to do their healing work and facilitate creation of a new life story. Her specialty includes facilitating healing groups using music, energy work and plant medicines such as cannabis, ayahuasca, psilocybin and MDMA. She also practices at several clinics in Boulder, CO administering Ketamine for PTSD, treatment resistant depression and other conditions.

Karen obtained her undergraduate degree at St. Vincent’s College of Nursing in Bridgeport, CT, and earned her BSN in 2004 at Canyon College and is currently pursuing her Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. Her current professional focus is Mental Health and Addiction. In these roles, she has assisted patients with medication management and administration, mental/physical assessments, life skills, small group discussions and care planning.

In addition to Nursing,  Karen is a Wellness &  Enlightenment Coach, Space Holder, Sacred Medicine Facilitator, Energetics Coach, Ceremonial Guide, Spiritual Alchemist, Holistic Energy/Relational Field Healer, QHHT Practitioner, Reiki IV Master, LOA Coach and Emotion Code Practitioner.   For over 2 decades, she has assisted friends and clients to move through challenges and blocks to find, see and experience their truth and wholeness.  Her specialties include personal growth, consciousness, feminine wounds, ancestral trauma, healing the inner child, innovation and manifestation.

Outside of work, Karen loves practicing yoga,  listening to live music, travel, dance, painting, gardening and hiking in and around Boulder. She also enjoys animal rehabilitation, hobby farming, horseback riding, skiing, nature immersion, spending time with her husband, 5 children, and pets.
